I've been in Bali many times (as I was very recently in Ubud), but I've never been in Sanur before. It's a popular beach area quite centrally located. It's on the different side of the island from Canggu, and as such the main difference is that here the sun rises over the water in the morning, and you don't get any beautiful sunsets over the water.
I just bought a new camera (the Ricoh RG IV) and this trip was my first time using it. This after about a decade of using smartphones (I did use a Canon DSLR around 2014). I hope you can see a difference in the pictures below.
